Delivery Information

Crown Sports delivers all local orders with a value of SGD50 or more for free via the Standard Delivery method.

You may choose to have the order shipped via an Express Delivery.Free Express Delivery for all orders within Singapore with a value of SGD100 or more.

Do take note that Orders below $50.00 will be charged for Delivery.

  • All Local Deliveries arrive at your destination within 3 to 8 working days.
  • During Peak Periods- there might be a delay in deliveries by additional 2 days
  • All Please allow up to 48 hrs for processing of your order prior to shipping.
  • An additional 48 hrs may be required for orders with personalisation.
  • Orders are shipped out on business days only from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Singapore time), excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery Schedule for Products Delivery

( Monday to Friday- 11 am to 5 pm)

    (Saturday – 11 am to 3 pm)

  • DHL Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to & provides tracking information on your parcels progress.



Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

 Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the Customer and we will not accept liability for any such costs.

Delivery charges may be subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered to you on time and in great condition. Delivery prices are calculated based on weight and are subject to change. Please see the final delivery cost during the checkout process.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum.

If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.

Before getting in contact with us, have you tried:

  • Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
  • Checking if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery from our carrier.

If you still can't find your parcel, please contact us and quote your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours and do our best to locate your parcel.

Do take note, however, that all liability for the package will be borne by the courier, and Crown Sports Pte Ltd are not responsible for any lost packages after it has been collected by the courier.
